Established in 1991, the goal of the NBA International Affiliates Meeting is to foster professional relationships with lawyers and judges of color throughout the world, especially on the African continent, and to help create an environment of success in political and economic developments around the globe.

Error in the spelling of your name may result in penalty and ticket re-issue charges. Passport validity must be  minimum of 6 months beyond the date of your RETURN flight to USA or Canada. Citizens of other countries may require additional documentation; please enquire.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Space is limited. To reserve your space please adhere to the following payment schedule:

  • A non-refundable deposit of US$1,000 is due at time of booking.
  • Second deposit of US$ 2,000 is due on or before Thursday, November 20, 2025
  • Balance payment in full due on or before Friday, February 20, 2026

CANCELLATION PENALTIES APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

  • Up to 75 days prior to departure (March 26, 2026): Loss of the non-refundable deposit -US$1000
  • between 74 and 60 days prior to departure (March 25 – March 12, 2026): 50% of the tour cost per person
  • Less than 59 days prior to date of travel (March 11, 2026) and no-show on date of travel: 100% of the tour cost per person
  • After departure, any portion of the tour not utilized is 100% non-refundable
