Starting in Cape Town and finishing in Johannesburg, this camping journey through Namibia, Botswana and Zambia is an exceptional adventure packed with activities. In Namibia, visit the Fish River Canyon (2nd largest after the USA’s Grand Canyon), trek the world’s highest sand dunes, enjoy the coastal delights of Swakopmund and the spectacular game viewing in Etosha, a 20,000 sq. km reserve with over 114 mammal and 340 bird species. After meeting the Bushman of the Kalahari Desert in Botswana, explore the Okavango Delta, a natural wetland of giant lily pads, hippo channels. Then visit Chobe National Park, home to some of Africa’s largest populations of elephant. Next marvel at the wonders of Victoria Falls in Zambia, then return to South Africa with a final game-viewing stop in the famed Kruger National Park.
