LOCATION: Montagu Country Hotel was originally built in 1875. It burned down in the late 1920’s, and was rebuilt in the Art Deco style. The unique style is themed throughout the hotel, making it the only original Art Deco hotel in South Africa.  The hotel is in the centre of the village Montague, on the corner of Bath and Kohler street.  Montagu is located on the historical Route 62, halfway between Cape Town and the Garden Route.

The hotel has 33 bedrooms which consist of 22 Classic rooms and 11 Luxury.  All 33 en-suite bedrooms offer air conditioning and modern facilities to ensure an enjoyable stay.  The Luxury rooms are more spacious than the classic and have separate bath and shower.  The hotel features a wellness centre with mineral tub and steam room, 2 swimming pool’s, an a la carte restaurant and pub, and Cadillac trips.
